Welcome to ASISTEACH. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use ASISTEACH.

1. Description of the Service

ASISTEACH is a platform for language teachers and schools that combines AI-powered lesson generation with a teaching CRM. The service includes student management, AI lesson and homework generation, vocabulary tracking, scheduling, billing, and team management features.

2. Your Account

To use ASISTEACH, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use ASISTEACH on behalf of a language school or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without our consent

4. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into ASISTEACH, including student profiles, lesson notes, vocabulary lists, and any other content you create. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the ASISTEACH service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights and consents to store information about your students on our platform, particularly for students who are minors.

5. AI-Generated Content

ASISTEACH uses artificial intelligence to generate lessons, exercises, homework, and other educational materials. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it with your students.

You may freely use, modify, and distribute AI-generated content created through your use of ASISTEACH for your teaching purposes.

6. Pricing and Payment

Some features of ASISTEACH may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree with price changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep ASISTEACH available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the platform is harmful to other users or to our service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed, unless retention is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASISTEACH and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ASISTEACH is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your specific requirements, that AI-generated content will be error-free, or that the platform will be available without interruption.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of ASISTEACH after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ASISTEACH shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts.
